As a performer and teacher for more than two decades now, Guru Indira Sreeram Leela’s contribution to the Kuchipudi art form has been monumental. Alongside impeccable performances, she conducted several demonstrations and workshops to showcase and promote Kuchipudi in the tri-state area, which stands testimony to her immense service to the community. KDC’s Successes

Center for Kuchipudi Dance won the ‘Best Dance School of the Year’ Award in 2011 in Indo -American Competitions, NJ.

Many students of KDC have successfully gone on to complete Kuchipudi Rangapravesams.

Some students of KDC have successfully completed Level 4 certificate in Kuchipudi, some have earned a Diploma and some completed Masters in Kuchipudi, from TANA KALASALA.

Some of the senior students of KDC, under the guidance of Guru Indira Sreeram, have opened affiliated dance schools in other cities of USA and are successfully running them.
